Welcome to NYC Housing Preservation and Development’s M/WBE Build System

M/WBE Build is a web-based software system designed to assist you in complying with HPD’s M/WBE Build Up program.

M/WBE Build system makes it easy and fast to report and track progress towards your project’s M/WBE goals:

• Developers and Borrowers can enter payments made to general contractors and professional service providers, submit progress reports, and track progress toward goals
• General contractors and subcontractors can enter payments made to entities hired to fulfill the project’s M/WBE goals
• M/WBE firms can confirm the amount of money they were paid for a project

Anyone can use the M/WBE Build system from a PC, smart phone, or tablet.
